These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WGE Basketball Classic website (the "Site"), operated by WGE Sports, a division of WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. ("WGE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The WGE Basketball Classic is an invitational basketball tournament operated under a franchise model. Team owners, general managers, coaches, and players participate subject to a separate Franchise Agreement and the official tournament bylaws, which take precedence over this Site's general Terms for matters of team and player conduct, eligibility, and competition.
Participation in the WGE Basketball Classic as an owner, staff member, or player is subject to eligibility requirements, including but not limited to:
WGE reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for failure to meet these requirements.
Teams operate under an Owner → General Manager → Head Coach structure. An owner must complete official registration before any general manager, coach, or player affiliated with that franchise can be recognized by WGE.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The WGE Basketball Classic name, logo, and all associated branding, graphics, and content are the property of WGE Sports and WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc., or their respective licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
WGE Sports holds exclusive media and broadcast rights to the WGE Basketball Classic, including footage streamed on WGEPlus.tv. Participants acknowledge that their likeness may appear in broadcast, promotional, and archival content produced in connection with the event. See our Media Release page for details.
The Site and all related event information are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, schedules, locations, formats, and other event details are subject to change. WGE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness or reliability of information on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WGE Sports and WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the WGE Basketball Classic.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
